Weekly 55-minute EMDR sessions: $180

90-minute double EMDR session: $270

EMDR Intensives

What are Intensives? EMDR intensives are personalized treatment plans that allow you faster access to treatment with fewer interruptions.

Who are Intensives for? Maybe you've been in talk therapy for years & have loads of insight but still feel the same? Or, you need help now & can't wait! Perhaps, you can't find time for the weekly model. Or, you want to work intensively & then move on. 

​

What is the research & effectiveness of Intensives? Intensives are safe & well-tolerated; see here & here. Intensives are effective while reducing treatment drop out rates. Intensives are applicable to complex PTSD. Finally, Intensives are economically advantageous.

Intensive Format: 12 hours ($2640)​

  • 4 half day sessions (3 hours each)

  • typical schedule: Wednesday & Thursday mornings for 2 weeks

Note: Intensives are not covered by insurance & must be out-of-pocket

EMDR Consultation

As an EMDR Approved Consultant, I offer consultation for therapists in the process of learning EMDR or seeking EMDRIA Certification.
